But I’m not even Spanish like them my European part comes from Poland

Seems useless to consider myself a Latino Brazil is the only South American country that wasn’t colonised by Spain maybe there’s a small one that’s French too tho idk tbh

I genuinely don't like calling myself Latino because of this. I know that some people are like stuck in the past and are always talking about how the Spanish colonized us but I can't change that. What bothers me is that the Spanish will tell us that they made us Latinos or that we should be proud about our Spanish side. My grandpa still speaks his indigenous language
