I had braces twice and a palate expander one, one of my teeth on the side I showed was growing in sideways so I wouldn't chew on that side for YEARS so it's a bit sharper than the the other side

The pain for years was worth it, I have to wear a retainer forever though

There's also a little wire behind my bottom teeth that's there for good but I don't even notice it
