Serious tell me about your lost pets

everyone talks about the pets they have now but the pets we've had in the past can be the loves of our lives
i'll start this is my kitten he passed last year. his ashes are in my room right now and he was so so soft

some stuff about him is we called him spidey because he was so active and always clung to me, i'd wake up and he'd be sleeping on my chest lol and he followed me around constantly my cousin called him little glazer because he "constantly glazed me"

not my pets but i raised a couple of kittens for some time. made me realize that cats >>> dogs (was only one ">" before), and that they give great joy in life

one of them loved sleeping in the sink, that was cute

I had a cat for 2 years but when he started having litter issues due to heat (we couldn’t get him neutered due to anatomical issues) my parents gave him away without telling me

yeah hh spides had a congenital illness and the shelter we got him from didn't tell us anything, but the vet said most likely his mother was sick and passed smth on

definitely at some point but not for a while and not in this house. i miss having someone to take care of and sleep next to ykwim

I grow up in a farm so i've seen dozens of cats being birthed and being buried of old age, when they was kitten, getting killed by fox or the road etc
