Tell me how I can improve even more(6,2 180)

would try to cut a little bit to maybe like 160 then eat alot of protein then hit the gym hard and you could improve alot but if youre looking for a stronger jawline you gotta get into a calorie deficit and lower the bf percentage then build muscle and you will become a demon good luck man
