even your psychological biology isn't superior as it's been proven time and time again that environment strongly affects iq, by hart & risley (1995) as well as other numerous studies which you can feel free to find

as a matter of fact people can have an iq score 20 - 40 points below average despite having average genes, all because they grew up in a severely deprived environment (e.g. abuse, neglect etc etc)

so if the early life, and even adolescent, environments heavily affects iq, and blacks/other minorities grow up on average in poorer environments and worse living conditions per capita, then you can't even in good faith call them lower iq

and the funny thing is even when minorities are well off, they still don't get the same environmental benefit as whites because they are rarely treated with the same level of respect and attention that whites get throughout daily life, something i can tell you first hand
