I sleep at 1, wakeup at 4
stay awake till 9-10am
then sleep till 12 again

the i finally wakeup at 3pm and i need to sleep again

from what i know and experienced it's most likely due to high cortisol levels. and also napping for more than 20 minutes AND after 3p,, but i guess it makes sense on why you'd do that in the first place. some ways you can lower it
1. workout (dont overtrain)
2. reduce screen time before bed
3. practice deep breathing techniques
there are some other ways you can lower it but those are the ones that helped me specifically

note: though it may not be only because of cortisol, but it's usually one of the major factors
