Test or Trt at 18?

I strongly believe a vast majority of Men or young men have test levels that one would perceive distinguishing low.

That is due to all the Artificial additives, Chemicals
that essentially re wire a persons brain from adolescence.

But if i'm 18 and still in technically in developmental stages. Is test really worth it or should i just wait?
