I’ll tell you since I know you won’t take it anyway.
A typical low dose would be 100–200mg per week of Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate, usually split into 2 injections (for ex. 100mg mon/100mg thurs).
Buy from UGLs or gray-market sources, don’t really recommend forums, telegram groups or private sellers cause I’ve received contaminated shit but that maybe be the only choice you have. It’s also illegal lmfao.
Illegally the cost would be 30–80 euros per 10ml vial (typically 200–250mg/ml).
Injection like intramuscular: in glutes, quads or delts. Use insulin syringe (29–30g) if doing subQ in belly fat (from feedback I’ve heard it’s less painful, works fine at low doses). And do 1–2 injections per week to keep blood levels stable.
I can’t comment on beginner cycle cause I wasn’t really a beginner.
Get bloodwork if possible before and after.
Be safe.

Also if you start feeling unwell stop injecting right away, I’d say you don’t need to quit immediately but no more doses until you’re stable. Although if you’re willing to quit completely from how unwell you feel take magnesium (200–400mg) to calm anxiety and ease tension. If you have nolvadex (tamoxifen) or clomid, start PCT about 1–2 weeks after your last shot (or sooner if symptoms are severe) to help restart natural testosterone. Avoid caffeine and stimulants. Get blood tests to check your hormone levels and health markers. Stay safe.

why would you want to take trt doses when you are young and produce a right amount, always take 300mg or above if you wanna blast
