What should I take daily?
1) magnesium bisglycinate (glycinate) -
in doses of 1-2g, 4 times a day.
2) fenugreek - one capsule per day (most effective taken with magnesium and zinc)
3) zinc - again, one capsule daily
4) vitamin d3 (during the winter) - also recommended to men who spend vast periods of time indoors.

What should I eat?
1) eggs -
2-4 daily. Testosterone is a 19-carbon steroid hormone made from cholesterol. Read this, this and this for more info.
2) ginger - found to increase testosterone in infertile men by up to 17.5%
3) foods high in iodine - seaweed, oysters, wild cod, potatoes, cranberries - all of which will benefit the thyroid and help balance your metabolism.
4) ashwaganda - it mostly works by reducing cortisol therefore not impairing testosterone production.

Any side effects to ashwaganda long term? You won't crash like on farms after pulling back?
No some people have felt a sense of carelessness about things while on it I’ve heard. Most that will happen is you feel a little more emotional for a day or 2 after it’s out of your system but that’s only if you overdose it from my experience so nothing to worry about

What results were you expect? In how many years?

physical activity and a more carnivore like diet are more important on a personal experience

easier than taking all those supplements
lots of sides and and risk of infertility and testicular atrophy and natural ability to produce testosterone

also u can't be on roids for too long cause of the things i said above
they are inevitable but happen too much on long term of taking roids

This entire thread can be condensed into "Eating well = Better testosterone levels"

Thinking these individual foods will help is dumbassery, think of your diet in a general perspective.

Testosterone is an antioxidant. It is released when the body is damaged.
Testosterone is an androgen, and it's constantly being released to create sperm and masuclinizing changes. There are various ways for it to be simulated like working out, if that's what you mean by "body is damaged" then sure.

Some psychological expiriences also have an impact on your testosterone. For example, hearing melodic romantic soft songs decrease testosterone while epic metal ones are ok. Loosing a fight and being humiliated fucks with height growth so hgh or testosterone is also affected by it.

So, for testosterone maxxing, pick fights with people you can win (lol) and dont listen to romantic music

I wanna say yeah this is good but I'm anabolic steroid pilled. Too much shit going on in modern day society to premote natural high T for very long. Maybe 50 years ago it was a task easy to achieve but now? I just inject. I can still have kids. Hcg is a thing and there's things one can do to minimize side effects by and large. Hard to imagine any downsides besides legality but lots of countries are slowly legalizing testosterone for personal use.

The only thing I just say is as kid you should max what you can and milk that juicy natty hgh and testosterone as much as you can. Then when your fully done growing. Swap to testosterone.

Picture is a joke BTW.

Why do you advocate drugs that will fuck up your body and shorten your lifespan jfl. Just live naturally and you will feel great

Not against TRT when you get out of prime though tbh, just be aware it will accelerate the aging process
Actually testosterone slows the aging process when your out of your prime. I guess you consider blasting the same as trt. Healthy trt is both anti aging and cardiovascular protective. You actually will be aging slower as soon as you start trt out of prime. As long as the estrogen is high enough that is.

What is aging is abusing AIs. Crushing estrogen and using synthetic androgens. Tren. Mast. And a few others are synthetic. Testosterone is bio identical. Gigantic massive difference.

Just to give you a little idea on this subject. Men have higher risk of dying from heart attack than women on avg. However. As soon as a women reaches menopausal. Her risk for heart failure reaches the same risk as men. Why?

Hormones.

Her Estrogen pluments ( worse cardiovascular protection and her testosterone)

Estrogen AND testosterone are very very important for both you're long term health. Dying from cardiovascular disease and other detrimental effects from the aging process. Hormone replacement therapy minimizes these risks.

QOL will be higher with TRT at an old age vs aging normally for *most

Just live naturally
Naturally is a dumb cope imo

People say live naturally while picking and choosing between modern comforts and "muhh primal"

Legit. There is nuance to it.
