Nah bro the post was right. Didn't exactly claim surgery was cope, just that it's a huge huge ordeal that most people overestimate and have unrealistic expectations for. Also unfortunately some people can only be fixed by lefort 2/3 which are impossible to get for solely cosmetic reasons
