I disagree. If anything people are more inclined to become religious now, the decadent state of the world could only leave people desperate to find ‘truth’ or some reward for their endurance
Yes, there are a large amount of athiests, yet the chance of someone being a genuine satanist is extremely rare. You see people larping on tiktok, that’s all
Religious people have an overwhelmingly larger population

But it is true that there is a lack of devout religious individuals, it is difficult to be devout due to the diversity which we see today. If everyone around you practices the same religious rituals, you are more inclined to do so, yet in a western society or a ‘multicultural’ society, it is discouraging to do so.
I don’t know much about Islam, but Christianity is hypocritical in itself. The only true christian would’ve been jesus himself. Christianity today is merely a religion centred on repeated sin, guilt, and the obedience to doctrine. It has been manipulated into a shallow coping mechanism. I don’t believe anybody who says they are Christian

There no uprise in religion. About 90% of raised atheists remain so and half of people raised religious remain so.

Ofc there's a very low amount of satanists. I think what op and most Christians mean when they spout this bs is that people act in "anti biblical ways" so they must be satanic in nature. Very low iq take that shows no concept of gradients

Religious people have and never will be devout, except from a very rare few. It's debatable if that's even a good thing, religious texts are known to preach alot of extremist bullshit, and when we stop questioning things that's when our personalisation and morals are at risk. People were forced into religion, yes, but they didn't follow it because it's what they truly believed or wanted, or because they were somehow better people back then.

You can absolutely be Christian and not follow it to a t aswell

Athiesm is the denial of a god
While agnostisism is the belief that the existence of god is unknown

I'd like to note that the glamourisation of the past is cage worthy cope. People would rather cling onto the idea that things used to be good, because then it becomes logical to assume that things can become good again. They do this rather than accepting people have always just been people, and have always made the same mistakes, just hid them better because of a lack of liberty.

There are many religious people,there also many religious people who still sin,this includes sexual sins.Being a satanist is still a small minority in majority of countries especially western
