Depends if you have narrow or set back upper jaw deficnay that effects airway the suregon told me i did not need a lefrote though they looked into i belive they had said my pallate was alreayd wide enoigh it was just a recssed lower jaw was my issues.

So I honestly coudlent tell you much about lefrote 1 tbh
