depends what race/what country you are in, most people in the world are chinese/indian so proabbly the average smv wise is ltn/sub5 if u tske into account height but in terms of blacks its probably high ltn and whites low mtn probably

it's in the name itself, sub5 i.e. everything below 5 is a different category. that would mean ltn starts at 5 and ends at 6 if you use a linear scale from 5 to 9 for the rest.
