Buy a fibroblast pen on eBay. Buy lidocane. Go Crazy or just get a doctor to do it. I did it myself because I'm insane and I don't give a fuck. Mole removal pens are basically the same thing. Its basically a tiny taser. You watch videos of people doing it over and over and over. Learn how it works and copy the patterns they do.
