The truth is, yes, humans select primarily based on physical appearance, basic biology. The truth is though that humans are for better or worse, naturally evil. Including men, women, and any other gender you choose to identify as.

Don't bother with trying to be a good person or make the world a better place, because you cannot change human nature. Looks, money, status, power, height, gym are all that matter. Intelligence matters too but the average human is also an absolute idiot
 
It's not gender specific either, unhealthy personality traits and these superficial desires are present in both genders

I'm not well right now as you can see by my typing patterns
 
Fact of the matter is many men would be better off just chasing money if all they want is pussy
 
In the end a lot of people will have to hardmaxx if they do not have a decent enough base
 
And hardmaxxing realistically will take many procedures... just zygos implants for example isn't gonna ascend you much. Some procedures though can be a huge game changer like reducing UEE and double jaw surgery, DJS could probably get you up multiple sub tiers depending on how recessed u r
 
Problem is, most are scared of plastic surgery, because of botched stories
 
In the end, plastic surgery is safe IF you do your research like a sensible person and pick good providers
 
Be realistic about how much a procedure is gonna help you
