ty for having clicked on the bait,

its actually well above 100g, meaning you can eat however much you like per meal and you will use all of them!
there isnt an upper limit but more of an optimal range that you would get by around 2,2 g of protein per kg of bw PER DAY
to maximize protein synthesis you should eat around 0,4g of protein per meal.
