Helps regulate emotions, calms the nervous system of fight or flight, helps resolve anger.

I found myself to be way more social with just a low dosage of abilify without a mood stabilizer.

This is not wrong, but ND mf's will not be cured of emotional dissatisfaction day to day without a mood stabilizer, Alcohol is not good for the liver and a lot of these ND fucks cope with it when they could be getting a + to cognitive ability plus a blunt affect which will cause lower inhibition.
