even worse for me as a black, my case isn't terrible and my mouth is the least of my worries, but just a slightly wider mouth would make me so much better looking

Same I got a narrow mouth too.

It's not much of a failo though , mouth shouldn't be wider than Chin width .
Else it look uncanny
