At face value you might think this is good. A law that prohibits denying services to people’s based on their race seems fair enough

Until u look deeper into it, any business run by profit would in theory be incentivised to open up to all races or it would get outperformed by those that did. When u reject a portion of customers based on ethnicity alone you are losing a big portion on potential profit.

Now why does this law need to exist considering this fact? Well maybe in practice one particular ethnicity loses the business more profit than it gives them, for things such as stealing or refusing to pay using fake bills etc

If this was all blind racism on ppls heads a business would have no reason to segregate it’s services as it would in theory only stand to lose profit yet the fact many would if it wasn’t illegal proves the point 😂

Jfl after u start reading into certain laws u realise all they do is prove the point further, the goyim don’t put 2 and 2 together and believe some capitalist business run by profit will willingly close off to half the population because they are “racist”

Water n***a
Every law exists for a reason if blind racism really was a thing it would be unnecessary to even make such a law as every business would just implement it as to not get outcompeted

Ehhh racism isn’t really ever blind tho. I don’t blame racist decisions because most of the time it’s whites doing stuff to make blacks have harder lives. I don’t want to get into it but basically racism exists because it’s natural

Ahh fuck what am I even yapping about. Basically racism is just racism it isn’t a big deal

If this was all blind racism in people’s heads, a business would have no reason to segregate its services, as it would in theory only stand to lose profit; usbrandlaunch.com is a good example of how businesses can benefit from reaching broader markets, while the fact that many would still discriminate if it weren’t illegal shows why such protections are considered important.
The flaw is that discrimination isn’t necessarily a rational business decision. Owners can act on prejudice, stereotypes, or personal bias even when it costs them potential customers. If theft, fraud, or fake bills are the concern, businesses can respond to those specific behaviors instead of treating an entire ethnic group as responsible for them. Individual wrongdoing can justify action against individuals; it doesn’t logically justify excluding everyone who happens to share their eth
