Your brain’s self imaging in the prefrontal cortex is basically better when you sleep more that’s it
then why when i look back at videos from a time of better sleep do i still see improvement whilst being on bad sleep
 
when i sleep well i get dopamine spike every time i look in the mirror idc if its narcissistic
when i sleep poorly or mid im genuinely afraid if mirrors and light

hmm ok but there are notable differences like skin quality, bloating, and eyebags
 
no.. im still in the same room with the same lightning. Im talking about irl. Ive watched my eyebags and bad skin gradually disappear
Could be a lot of other stuff gaining weight eating too much goyslop being in an inflammatory state like there is a lot of things that can cause this

I was talking about the psychological effect on your looks related to your sleep lol


Obv it does but bad sleep only really affects your looks if u do it repeatedly for a while
yeah but if the difference is great it can be overnight. Im talking all nighter vs 8+ hours the next night, or consecutive sub4s then 8+. Not sure if we had the same improvement in mind.
