Dude Honeslty it’s not even about the fatness. Yes it’s bad and yes it’s a problem but my main concern for the American people (includes all ethnicities / races ) is how unmannered they are and how unhygienic they are

Many reasons this will likely never happen, we can first factor in poverty, the price for ultra processed slop is extremely low, next is laziness, people would rather eat some ultra processed slop that you just take out the fridge and maybe microwave as compared to actual cooking, go into the street and ask 10 people if they meal prep, you'll see the result, and if you're fat as a parent you'll probably make your kid fat too then it repeats.
