Although this guide is about getting a smaller waist, I think everyone can learn and utilise something from this guide.

WEIGHT LOSS
Okay so this should be obvious I hope, but it truly is 90% of what decides your waist size.

how do I lose weight?
Well there's only one way, calories in and calories out. What this means is you want to be in a calorie deficit. I've made a thread on this before and I'll link it here:

Weight loss https://forum.looksmaxxing.com/threads/weight-loss.65489/

An obvious tool that can be used for weight loss is....

CARDIO
All though it doesn't directly give you a smaller waist, it will help you maintain you deficit 100x easier. I'll be going through some methods of cardio here.

 swimming
By far one of the funner ways to do cardio, burns alot of calories and useful in life (if you don't know how to swim it's over)

walking
Very normie friendly. As someone who has pretty weak lungs, it helped me a ton with getting into cardio without getting a ton of stitches. You can watch YouTube, listen to your favourite podcasts, talk to your friends, and so much more while walking. The only issue with walking, is that if you're lower in body weight, you'll have to be walking for multiple hours to burn a substantial amount of calories.

running
All though people are very anti running, in itself it's not bad, and you'd have to run drastic distances constantly for it to trust have any negative impact on your bones andor muscle. It is less beginner friendly however, and I'd only really suggest doing this if it's something you have a passion for.

sports
My problem with sports is that it's much harder to track calories burnt. The upside is that it's probably the funnest out of all of the options, and you can utilise sports for socialising purposes.

but how do I get better at cardio?
Well that's simple, by doing even more cardio. This is because doing cardio increases your max...

V02
The best thing you can do as a beginner is to gradually increase how much cardio you do each session. Maybe one week you do 30 mins, and the next 45 mins. It's important to go at your own pace, but as you go along it gets so much easier. On the topic of cardio, have you ever noticed how swimmer physiques look so good?

Paticularly how large their ribs are? This is because you can actually TRAIN YOUR RIBS Sounds like bs right? Look at these silver era body builders:

See the same thing right? That's because I'm not bullshitting you. This works because you can actually improve the size and strength of your intercostal muscles (lung muscles), this intern also improves your v02 capacity

(watch videos for how to do)

Not only can this help you in your weight loss, but also help you in sports, with your physique, and help you live a longer and more healthy life

PROPRTIONS
you can use your proprtions to your advantage in order to make your waist look smaller, noticeably, your lats and shoulders. Train them and you'll be good to go.

AVOID OVERTRAINING YOUR CORE

Notice how this bronze age bodybuilders and cross fitter look rather blocky? This is because almost every exercise they do involves their core. They're overtraining certain muscles.

CORSETS
Corsets can be really appealing, they instantly reduce the appearance of the waist by a good few inches. While they're okay to use short term, the risk comes when you start to use them constantly, this is known as "waist training"

The way waist training works is by compressing your organs, and restricting breathing

Glasses might be to basic for a single thread, and I think I already covered them at some point (probably in my fraud guide)

Frame sounds good though

I haven't digged into any articles, studies or threads surrounding it, may drop the idea since it sounds a bit thin.
Frame sounds good though
Trademarked by Blackpillirony ™️, will drop on March break

That one woman who’s got the smallest waist in the world at like 15 inches , it’s hard to believe once she stops using corsets her waist will magically pop back into how it used to look
dint she also get her ribs removed i remember
