JBG vs Straight LTR
Introduction
We all can relate to the idea that dating the opposite gender can lead to a plethora of unwanted effects, such as raised cortisol, raised noradrenaline, and a multitude of other harmful effects. The question raised by A lot of Looksmaxxing and Black Pill communities is, "Is there a way to bypass these situations, which can have lifelong harmful effects?" This thread has the target of addressing these concerns and finding a clear, decisive solution. My personal belief is yes, but in the following paragraphs, I will explore and find a clear answer backed by science and truth.
Why do Foids and Moids have a harmful effect?
Well, to be able to fully understand this phenomena we find ourselves trapped by everyday life, we have to first explore what goes on in these relationships that make them so "harmful" to us looksmaxxers. starting with a in depth look at an example of one of these relationships
Jonathan Bennett:
"The Mean Girls actor dated actresses for years while hiding his sexuality to protect his early career as a straight heartthrob. He later came out and became a prominent advocate for LGBTQ+ representation."- Odeya Pinkus
“It repairs the parts of me that were torn and broken when I was having to not be my authentic self early in my career,” Johnathan Bennett.

Kristen Stewart:
After shooting to massive fame in the Twilight franchise, Stewart navigated intense media scrutiny regarding her romantic life, ultimately embracing her identity as a lesbian. The transition to openly dating women transformed her career and personal well-being. Stewart has expressed that abandoning the restrictive pressure to conform made her happier and allowed her to take on more creatively challenging roles with confidence.

How does mental health improvement correlate to endocrine health?
Mood affects hormones mainly through the brain’s control of the endocrine system, especially during emotions like stress, happiness, fear, sadness, or excitement.
When someone feels anxious, angry, overwhelmed, or sad, the brain signals the adrenal glands to release stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline.
Over time, frequent negative moods can lead to:
Higher cortisol levels
Increased blood sugar
Disrupted sleep hormones
Changes in appetite hormones
Reduced reproductive hormone production
This is why chronic stress can sometimes affect:
Sleep cycles
Energy levels
Menstrual cycles
Growth and development
Immune function
Positive emotions like calmness, joy, safety, and connection can reduce stress hormone production and support healthier hormone balance.
The brain may increase chemicals and hormones associated with well-being, including:
Dopamine (motivation/reward)
Serotonin regulation
Oxytocin (bonding/social connection)
Endorphins (pain relief and pleasure)
Positive moods are also linked with lower cortisol levels and more stable daily hormone rhythms.
A part of the brain called the hypothalamus acts as a link between emotions and hormones. It receives emotional signals from the brain and tells endocrine glands what hormones to release.
For example:
Fear = adrenal glands release adrenaline
Relaxation = cortisol production decreases
Emotional bonding = oxytocin increases
Long-term depression can disrupt sleep and appetite hormones.
Ongoing emotional stability and stress management can help hormones stay more balanced.
What does this mean for your looks?
Mood and mental state can affect appearance indirectly because hormones influence things like skin, sleep, body composition, posture, and energy.
For example, chronic stress or anxiety can raise cortisol levels for long periods. Higher cortisol is associated with:
More acne or oily skin
Poor sleep and darker under-eye circles
Increased inflammation or puffiness
Hair shedding in some people
Changes in appetite and weight
Tension in facial muscles and posture
There’s also a social perception/halo effect side:
People who are relaxed and emotionally stable are often perceived as more attractive because of their expressions, confidence, voice tone, and body language.
Constant stress can make someone appear more tired or tense, even if their physical features do not change much.
Where's the hard evidence, though?
Some studies have found that certain same-sex couples report advantages in specific areas of relationships, such as communication, fairness in household roles, conflict resolution, and emotional openness.
For example, research by The Gottman Institute found that gay and lesbian couples often used more humor, affection, and calmer conflict-management styles during disagreements than heterosexual couples.
Some research has also suggested:
Women in same-sex relationships may report higher sexual satisfaction than women in heterosexual relationships, having a direct link with hormone health, and some same-sex couples divide chores and parenting more evenly, which may reduce stress.
Conclusion.
I believe I have provided sufficient claims, evidence, arguments, and examples to prove the JBG pill is highly superior for Looks-Maxxing when compared to Straight or "Traditional" Relationships or marriages. The JBG Pill is also another solution to the growing issue and concern of "Hypergamy". It is much easier to find a fair looksmatch. Most of us looksmaxxers have a far easier time judging our own gender PSL score, therefore it is to be assumed with liberty that most people would be able to get a fair looksmatch in a same sex LTR. With this information i have provided, it is to be assumed that I have helped most of you realize the benefits of cracking ur hb or hg.
