it was REALLYYYYY good,
I really liked the cinematography (that’s not the sole reason I like it but I just wanted to mention it)
it’s a movie about de-romanticising the NS rule and war and the two male leads are so gay together so I was like there has to be some smut right? But I can’t find much and it pmo

One guy is into boxing(friedrich) and the other likes scholar stuff and like the scholar guy (albericht) shows friedrich his texts and is like my parents don’t read any of this but then friedrich takes it out of his hand is like “i’ll read it then”
Then albricht asks friedrich if he wants to MEET HIS DAD???? and he only asks him this btw
and theres also a scene where they’re fighting and it turns into them hugging and sobbing into eachothers shoulders on the ground
