Carbs aren't necessary, if you're "craving" them ( in reality you're craving the sugar ) eat sweet fruits .

I don't see how keto can cause problems . Keto is a natural state , you can still satisfy your sugar cravings with enough fat

Id say 40-60g carb is good

You can still get sugar from milk , honey and fruits

I agree, most people stress way to much and have too many conflicting opinions on diet that leave most people clueless. If people cared to do the digging, they could get themselves the real nutritional answers.

They do anything except for eating naturally and just listening to their body
