You can get one easily for just under $150 on amazon trust me if your doing all the severely autistic shit spending thousand of dollars on peptides you surely can spend money on this.

Method:
Go upside down on inversion table 2x day for 5 mins preferably morning and night while upside down take deep breaths from your stomach and really stretch out your arms. Important: make sure as soon as your done going upside down immediately start to do any core exercises this will In turn make your spine disc stronger. Stronger spine disc is everything this will fix your posture.

And not only that inversion table is just a good to have in general like severe back pain after a workout? just go upside down for 5 minutes and your going to feel a lot better.

Fucks up your gravity senses? where did you get this info from :ROFLMAO:, also can you hang for 5 minute while taking intense deep breaths? even if you do it 1 by 1 Its way too much effort. not efficient enough.
