This is water for most, but some need it repeated to them.
When observing the conditions in countries with high birth rates (like 5.2 for nigeria) we see that they are in a sweet spot in terms of demographics, caused by an assymetry between technology and values.
Nigerians have high levels of religiosity, hold patriarchal values, and don't hold nearly as much value to the career of a woman, but at the same time have improved healthcare, and tech, which leads to signficantly lower child mortality (which means that these 5.2 kids that are born would actually survive until adulthood) Old people also just died earlier, so they wouldn't put strain on the economy by using tax dollars despite no longer contributing
They are in the sweet spot that america and europe were in during the 1900s, and in order to replicate their high birth rates, stabilize the usage of pensions, we need to get rid of old people, women's rights, restore religion and patriarchal values, crush indivdualistic values, and replace them with honor shame policies.
Giving women money to have kids does not solve this problem, as it fails to recreate the enviornment like in nigeria which makes people have kids in the first place.
These solutions are somewhat unethical, but unfortunately the only way
