Keep in mind that why I acted like this. If we have mods who falsely accuse another person of a crime. I would like to see proof. I personally never liked him nor was ever close. Just like I am to the rest of the forum but when it comes to serious allegations, I would like to know what really happened. Would you mind posting all the discord chat logs, the screenshots of him being creepy towards 14 year olds and the confirmation of his age. I will now go over the proof I have collected from @

This image is the one where Volk was exposed for simping for another girl online. Pretending to have a marriage or at least propose one if the girl was interested. Now nothing is wrong with this legally or morally beyond the fact that Volk would be exposed as more desperate for female attention and connection, whilst his desperation would be defiled by a woman who posted their private convos to the public. Another interesting thing about this claim is that Volk has this publically posted on Pretty Bird's profile.
Which is not true as the profile is private even to logged in members of the site. Now this could be on the profile regardless of privacy or not but there is no public screenshot of this being the case. So in this instance, Volk did nothing wrong and was falsely attacked by a woman on the forum.

In this image, Volk is talking about the age of girls he likes. From what we know he was 18 during these messages took place. The current issue with this is him saying that he has taken a liking to 12 year olds. Now these would be an issue if he had shown sexual intent to that age which he has not. Beyond that, he had mostly only shown interest in 14 and above as that is legal in Germany. He is 18 and this would not be of violation in Germany. There is also the case that he has sent a picture of his penis to this minor as well across the internet yet we have no proof, no chat logs and no proper recordings of what happened.
Section 176 – Sexual abuse of children, Section 176a / 176b – Other child sexual abuse provisions, Section 182 – Sexual abuse of juveniles.
German Criminal Code (Strafgesetzbuch – StGB)
My current issue with all of this, is the current status of the evidence. Both SlayerJonas and TechnoBoss have accused Volk of this but there was never proper discord chats saved such as in the cases of Node'sBitch and Rodeblur. If he has done something illegal as sending his NSFW screenshot to a minor, then you are legally only capable of sending it to a cybertip or another organisation that deals with sex crimes online. Not threads on org.

I am asking nicely once more. I would like to see the proof of him doing such in chat logs, grooming logs and clear intent to groom a minor. As far as I am concerned, this is of no violation in the USA either for a person to express their own national concern with who they want, as it is neither in the USA. He has not violated anything until you post something.
If you are going too, then send it to the cybertip instead if it is true and serious. The fact that you have not says plenty.
There is FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center to help out as well if you are suffering from being falsely named as such. Keep in mind the sheer amount of porn on this forum, illegal talks about different injectables and all that with a majority of teen users. This is on rather thin ice.

False allegations of crimes are much more severe that can bring a much more worse look for this forum as whole.

- Spread misinformation - Which you are by calling someone a pedophile when they have not violated a law
- Spam - constant threads repeating the same exact thing about the same person
- Post private content - The images in Technoblades thread, within the text of the person who is telling the marriage texts is doing out of SS's consent and which they say them selves "I would be banned if I said leaked"

It very much so matters. If he has not done any online crime beyond hear say then it is fully legal for him to express interest within a 14 year old since it is apart of German law. If he did violate international USA law regarding sending nudes to a minor. You would have the full power to send this to a cyber tip which would force the USA to work with Germany to get this case done.

You do not have to sue. You can easily get this forum belly up in other ways that require no money. Cyberlines always are happy to help. All it takes is a single claim. Since this is a USA owned forum and since it is related to cloudfare, NCMEC is always open and this forum? Has a lot on it's plate. Keep in mind what I said is not a violation of the rules, this is simple legality and if the staff team cannot act straight. Then what can I say? If I was falsely accused and targerted through out a months long campaign of false reports, getting abused and not left alone then I would file for defamination. Or if you do not have the money, there are always governmental services happy to help.
