No i'm realistic bud + here in France they never do that unless Macdonalds staff is well known to start orgies staff parties, and i never worked at McDo

Maybe she was busy yes, you'll see. A clear strong IOI from a woman is when she is invite you to an one-on-one at her apartment, a staff/friends party can be to hazardous to be considered an IOI

I have something in mind to detect IOI from a woman but it needs to be done the NT way

I would agree if she is inviting him to her own birthday party, but for the work this is just pure management she is obligated to invite him, it's for work

she isnt obligated, the invite is sent out in the facebook groupchat. She just said you better go btw. Not that I think this is a strong IOI, I just thought it was cute.
