i havent had digestive issues
i just freak out about carbs fucking up my body and teeth

I have been so terrified since reintroducing them that I brush my teeth like 3 times a day and if I am at home I swish mouthwash all the time

i really eat a max of 50g carbs but it still fraks me out

3 raw egg yolks
1 cup of raw kefir
Some romaine lettuce
Mini bell peppers
Nectarines <—these freak me out a lil more teethwise
Carrots <—these too

I am a very neurotic person and I’ll sit there and watch videos about people with severe dental decay/plaque accumulation and I’ll read about the bacteria that cause dental caries and I’ll just freak out.
my mouth wash is an alcohol free one with xylitol which is why I use it so aggressively. and I try to eat lots of lettuce because I read the nitrites can help combat S. Mutans in the mouth as well.
But it still doesn’t feel like enough.
 
this sounds like a fine diet as long as u don't overeat.. i feel like u have to be a bit happy eating..

you are definitely just overthinking it, but i used to overthink food in a similar way, but i would think every food was breaking me out, and i would stress about that shit all the time

I know I probably am, but it still freaks me out. What I like about carnivore is that you never have to think about blood sugar, teeth, etc
Even while on carnivore I did brush my teeth for the sake of being clean/healthy, but I found it satisfying that there would be no long term consequences if I didn’t. In my head that’s comforting. I do think I feel healthier with some low sugar/low toxin fruits/vegetables included, but the sugar still terrifies me.
Before when I was pure carnivore I would actually have nightmares where I drank juice or something and I’d wake up in a cold sweat, lol

Though I will be honest, even if I do eat fruits, my post-meal blood sugar will usually never exceed 130mg/dl, and even then it returns to 80-90 after about an hour
