Tbf , only brutally over pheno I've seen is aboriginals, because they are different from other races. They have completely different skull shape.

This is a 2d generalized image. Reality is far worse & this picture doesn't even shows their frail body. They are naturally very thin but with high bone density & less muscle mass.
