Before I begin this thread let me just say, if you are over 12% bf, there is no "debloating" for you, just loose some fucking weight.

Why don't I like furosemide?
Because it is
  1. A pain to get

Why don't I like sodium flushing?
Because it is
  1. COPE
  2. A pain to do (to much effort)
  3. Minimal results that can vary a lot


IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY DEBLOAT, JUST STOP DRINKING WATER
"Bloat" is really just water being kept in your face. If you want to actually debloat, like to the bone, you need to water fast for at least 12 hours.
Not drinking water is much better for your body then taking shady Indian blood pressure pills, but at the same time it is much more effective then tracking ur salt and sodium intake.



ONLY USE IT MAX ONCE A WEEK.

OFC, not drinking water is not the best for your body (while still much better then furosemide). I recommend you only use this for special events and first impressions. For example, once the school year starts, I plan to not drink water for 12 hours and go for a long walk right before the Homecoming dance and afterparty so I can pullup to the afterparty lean to the bone with my height boosters in and hookup with a random mtb.

DO YOU WANT TO ASCEND OR NOT. It works period. It is better for u then diuretic drugs, and much more effective and surfire then SODUIM FLUSHING. When I am about to go to a funciton, I dont want to track my diet the day before and go to bed hoping i got the right ratios. ID RATHER JUST NOT DRINK ANYTHING. Plus studies prove fasting is good for you.

Not true, after I do intense cardio my zygos are more noticeable and I get hollow cheeks plus og curve all of which are attractive. I hate people who refuse to do anything and complain about everything. I AM GIVING YOU A SOLUTION to one of many problems

Instead of not drinking water for hours. Just drink when you're thirsty and you should have a slightly yellow pee color.
The common advice to drink 3L+ water is retarded and doesn't work for everyone.
Same ppl will be in the toilet 24/7 pissing everything out (electrolytes aswell)

Unless you're active asf, and u actually get lots of electrolytes in (with supplements etc.)
U probably don't need as much water

I drink 1.5L most days and I'm rarely ever bloated, ever since I stopped drinking so much. (low salt, high potassium diet too btw)

U would need to drink more water to balance out the sodium if u consume a lot.
If u care abt being debloated all the time just limit sodium and stop chugging water. Increase potassium intake aswell.

^You still need sodium! Obv don't cut it out completely.
 
No not by jus drinking a little water prolly not but we constantly have some water in our body's so fully getting rid of it will fully debloat you.
If you drank the day before and just randomly stopped drinking it would NOT debloat you, probably more like bloat you so the body can store water. There is no reason for your body to get the water out of your skin

U literally don't have to worry about ur bodyfat.
58 kg and 190cm.. you are very underweight and need to bulk asap..

I'm like 10kg heavier at 185cm and I'm a literal stick.
Stop worrying abt ur bodyfat and start lifting. (don't eat in too high surplus, try 300 surplus)

Prob train neck too while ur at it, must be underdeveloped at that weight
