This fr might be the most sluggish I have ever been in my life. Never has playing basketball and football ever been so killing to me. During the games I felt fine but when we were done. My legs were about to drop. At the end of the field trip I went to with the youngins, we had to stand at an assembly out of respect (private reasons) and my legs started to scream bro. It wasn't like pure pain, it's like the growth pains you'd when you were a kid but more intense. I felt sick too and of course it had to do with being tired. It was nauseating.

list it to me
Spinach + Salad, around the size of a bowl (same thing) with some scrambled egg for a little protein with some milk cuz why not for breakfast. For lunch we have oatmeal with spinach but not as much as the last time with liquid IV water if I just did something active. At the end of the day we have randomized stuff that's healthy. For dinner (not all the time obv) we have some soup with some sweet potatoes or curry instead. Underrated healthy food for sweet potatoes. Packed with w vitamins. Your going to say this is mid aren't you

Spinach + Salad,
toxic, not satiating and not much energy from this sorry bud
around the size of a bowl (same thing) with some scrambled egg
good, eggs are nutritious
for a little protein with some milk
W, prob pasteurized but still good

oatmeal contains antinutrients and isnt very satiating, spinach isnt great either imo. liquid iv is decent for hydrating, not necessary though

sweet potatoes are one of the better root vegetables but like all vegetables they are still toxic, decent though imo they taste alright.
instead. Underrated healthy food for sweet potatoes. Packed with w vitamins.
it has decent potassium? maybe magnesium? like i said above its better when it comes to vegetables but all vegetables are still not optimal
Your going to say this is mid aren't you
yep! you already knew haha

brutal sorry man, this experiment interests me more by the day though
I'm surprised. Most people were hating on this experiment idea when I first made it public. Was planning on starting it later but Alurmo seemed interested so I started early.
