I often see too many people say surgery is a real way to ascend your face, which is fragile argument

Yes you could ascend with basic grooming, skincare, a good hairstyle that fits your headshape, and long eyebrows etc etc

But this all relies on a good bone structure, how good features are able to harmonise with each other

Yes surgery can help you ascend with little things like cheek implants and jaw implants

But people be bragging this bullshit “bro once I get my LL surgery” n***a you wouldn’t let alone get a double jaw

LL so overhyped, but the consequences is arguable worse than the 3 inches of height

If you don’t have a good base, pretty much over to begin with

There’s a reason why a simple rhino looks great on one person than the other

Why the mtb ascend to htb and the ltb still has move a nodge

Im not dissing people who would want a simple surgery to simply improve

Im dishing the people that think surgery could make you chad

And they push this idea onto others aswell “muh surgery bro”

And it’s not like they have the money to support this bullshit

Fr man, you gotta wait out for like 1 year or so and even after that you have to deal with certain movement restrictions which is like the best case scenario for that surgery, or else you have shit loads of side effects, chances of infection etc.

Plus also a lot of the time if you have very bad bone structure surgery will be useless.
You cant get surgery to get deep set eyes for example
And if your whole face is recessed i doubt many of these people will ever see rhat type of money to fix all of it
