This is the stuff you should do on the regular. Next is something I hear no one talk about. It is your life after you ascend.

The "looksmaxing" name has been throw in the mud quite a lot in the recent years. In the eyes of women, you might come around looking feminate or gay. It is best to never ever talk about this with any women.

If someone asks about how you look so much better, always answer with "puberty", "I have been exercising more", or "I have been just talking care of my self recently".

Your life should not revolve around looksmaxing. It should be a short term phase and you forget about it.
Once the work is done, you move on. Your focus should be your life, your goals, and your direction, not endlessly optimizing how you look.

If you do this you might have a chance at living a better life then any 99% of the world

what i did is just start slowly stopping it
get your normal monthly intake split it in half thats ur goal for next month then do the same and the same till u get near 1-2 per month and just stop

i have been addicted for 4 years i tried everything bro i just cant
