What i think about this week-

i felt like i didnt have a concrete schedule and it was a bit messy in the first two days, I would like to get more disciplined and focused next week, more on the details that really make the difference really push harder with my diet and my fintness. I feel like my nightly routine is maxxed . All and all i feel more joy in doing this than i've ever felt before, the sense of accomplishment is strong and pushing yourself is something that makes me feel good.

(I will post a picture when im satisfied with my progress)

nice work man, keen to see more of your updates

If you want consistency and discipline you need a good routine and sleep schedule. Start going to sleep at 8-9PM and waking up at 5-7AM.
