The weirdest feeling is when i go blind when j stand up

Just happened rly bad i had to lean on a door to stay up Ok the only way I can explain it is
I go deaf but can hear it but like I cant hear it well I can hear it but like not
For some reason I feel like im remembering everything all at once but im not even aware of the phone in my hand
But like i am i know it so much but i dont
Its the wordt best feeling it feels like euphoria mixed with horrible fear and axiety idk i hate it
its like im clearing my cache but instead of clicking a button in just using a needle on the hard drive
or like im refreshing a tab and then it gets frozen
