brow lenght and lip fullness I agree with but the other metrics are unjudgeable unless you get a proper mirror photo. his pfl seems to be on the longer side and his misc isnt really bad.

yeah this is distorded but by the deviation from the ideal just distorded you can make yourself an idea, i still stand that all of those would be deductors even if theyre like a t2-t2.5
