While "supplements" may seem like a magic bullet, I am slowly getting further and further away from it.
3-4 years ago I stopped taking vitamin D3... the famous and so much recommended "vitamin" with hundreds of studies...etc.
I used to recommend it along with K2 in the winter...but not even that anymore!
Well, it turns out it's rat poison (I'm not kidding)
It might be the case that humans are not negatively affected by this rat-killing molecule at all, just like chocolate can kill a canine but we love it.
However, just in case, and as every day I tend to simplify more and trust less the "authorities" (something that came in handy with the vaccines), I never really believed that it can be put in the vaccine.
I never really believed that you could put the benefits of sun exposure in a pill.... jfl
I also changed my mind about fish oil supplements. The famous Omega 3s have thousands of studies about them but I found out that they are made with rancid and toxic polyunsaturated oils.
and I could also say about many others (I do not trust vitamin c in the form of l-ascorbic acid).
conclusion: it is best to strive to include ALL nutrients through foods including those that appear to be "safe" such as creatine (eat more red meat bruv)
