Theory Theoretically…

Using volufiline on feet in small areas could be good because then you could make them look all nice but not for height growth, that’s too expensive and your feet will look extremely unaesthetic
 
it will take a long time and money
the fat will also be spreaded out in your feet
it will be like wearing thick cushiony socks and not translate into a noticeable height change
your feet will just be very ugly and fat and your height will be around the same
