They aren’t supposed to unless you threaten to harm yourself or someone else. And what happens then is the police show up at ur house and ambulance and you get a 72+ hold in a psych ward. The psych ward is awful

I’ve told her about sh/being suicidal and I don’t think she’s told my parents tbh
But i know she’s told them other things js about depression and eating ig
I kind of lie about the sh shit so she thinks it’s not an immediate risk and doesn’t tell my parents, since that’s the conditions she claims to follow
