Women can either be career oriented or family oriented. They cannot have both. If they want to focus on marriage, kids and family, then they will suffer in her career. If they want to focus on their career, they cannot handle family, kids and marriage well.

If women try to manage both, they will burn out and get old very early. There is no point of having kids after 35. Early 20s is the ideal age. It's difficult for career women to get married and settle down early.

There is no middle path in personality too. Femininity will work against women in their career. Personality traits which help women in career are definitely bad for them in marriage. Careers require you to be outspoken, bossy, loud and competitive, but such traits turn off most guys.

High paying jobs require women to be masculine.

Women in West are giving up on family only due to this reason. They know they cannot satisfy both.

Most guys like sweet, passive, docile and mild mannered women. Such traits are detrimental to women in their career. No doubt why lots of Western guys prefer women from hellhole countries.
