firstly i need to be able to do at least 50 pushups in a row. Currently i can only do 8 in a row but im sure i ll get to 50 quick because of muscle memory
and then i ll start doing Judo( similar to brazilian jiu jitsu) again like i used to before
but this time i ll not be weak and unathletic like I used to be
the only reason i stopped doing judo was cause it was fucking with me mentally being the weakest and getting made fun of.
after stopping I acted more socially awkward and i gained weight (fat) and all my friends go to judo except me so I excluded myself and made myself the floater friend
this time this won't happen
when i go back to doing judo leanmaxxing will be way easier and i ll get more confidence
