1. Drinking caffeine. Caffeine stays in your system for up to 6 hours donut it most likely to effect your sleep in a bad way guys caffeine literally blocks adenosine, the hormone that makes you tired. It can also disrupt calcium absorption too which you need lots of.
2. Ldaring. Ok guys your bones need some stimulus to grow if your laying all day your test will be lower also
3. Smoking carts ok so I know a lot of you guys think it's all mental effects but it will
1. Increase baseline cortisol
2. Lower gh
3. Interfere with bone growth
4. Medications for ADHD or ssris. Ssris mess with testosterone and ADHD meds lower gh and appetite and you know to grow you need to be eating a lot
5. Taking high dose melitonin supplements around 10mg can block LH production which won't stunt your growth but can delay your puberty and may hinder your penis growth as you may know from the thread I made. It can also disrupt your natural circadic rhythm which may interfere with gh pulses
6. High sugar diets which can lower circulating gh guys it's simple you want to be making sure you stop eating carbs 3 hours before bed to support your gh pulses. You also don't want to be eating right before bed in general unless it's low fat and no carbs which won't mess with gh
