Why do you say that? User count is increasing. If anything, looksmax culture is becoming increasingly popular and even mainstream, unless you consider that 'dying' because its no longer niche.

The quality of discussion on psl has declined because:

1. everything has already been discussed.
2. tiktokers shitting looksmax culture with normie culture and attention seeking spam.
3. psl offtopic has largely always been undeniably spammy and low quality eg in 2016-2018 lookism first page of off topic was often user evisceration threads and BBC/JBE v JBW spammers having flame wars in 200 font, not unlike what currently happens today. Its arguable that such spam, doxxing and low quality troll posts where even worse back then.
