This has always felt wrong to me but apparently writing in pencil is more effective in storing the text for longer. Ink is worse for archival it seems

Pen mogs pencil it looks better
Pen is too much of a broad term

Water based inks yeah, if I want something pretty I like the Parker IM rollerball to write with. On the other hand, even a "nice" oil based pen like the Jetstream 101's look terrible.

I'd say only water based inks mog pencils. They looks 10x better. No skipping, dark and bold color, smooth texture. They have a few other problems vs the oil based inks but it's very negligible

Me personally I enjoy the pencil because it's better for practical use

I am an avid pencil enjoyer too so this news brought a smile to my face
likes pencil also but swtiched to pen for colouring of title, hsub title and extra info in diff colour pens
