Yea prs have almost doubled and I’ve gained 30 pounds in the last 9 weeks, obviously it’s mostly water and glycogen, but an estimated 8-12 pounds is lean muscle. I feel and look great very glad I did it

Definitely some facial bloat but I combat it by drinking a lot of water, 200mg caffeine a day, and 15 minutes sauna after every lift( flushed out some retainer water)
I might run some furosemide just if things get too bloat
