ooo good for you pilates is so fun

surely you can do pilates for free or what

Idk if both are worth it. Filler will migrate, no? And there are more efficient and cheap ways to workout than Pilates which is usually unnecessarily expensive. If u enjoy it go for it though.

Yeah but I don’t have the money to do surgery and I like Pilates but last time it was so embarrassing lol

it's not, everyone has different goals. I was thinking about doing it because you lose range of motion doing heavy lifts all the time.
Just an excuse to be around milfs, u can get the same effects from swimming laps prolly

Swimming laps = Excellent full-body cardio (heart health, endurance, lung capacity), high calorie burn, resistance-based strength (especially upper body, back, shoulders, legs), low-impact, great for overall fitness and that lean "swimmer's body."
Pilates = Superior for deep core strength, posture, flexibility, body control, stability, and injury prevention. It's low-impact and mindful but offers only limited cardio (heart rate stays moderate, not sustained high like laps).
