This is me at my normal weight. Now i am like 4kgs over that. Help me lowering bf and getting abs.

Legs and arms are flabby. I don t think I store too much of fat in this area
Rn if u were to focus on losing fat, u would just have more bony arms and not rlly any abs. You'd just be skinny.
Now if u were to focus on building muscle in certain areas. Getting abs would be a piece of cake, and you might even be able to build a big behind depending on ur genetics.

And no ur not gonna turn into some Mr Olympia by just touching a few weights lol.
