What I don't understand is that there are too many scientific things here, for example, when learning something, they explain all the science, but what will it benefit us to learn the science of this thing, in fact, we should apply this thing to our face to beautify our face, but when we learn the science, it will not be of any benefit and it is a waste of time, it makes more sense if they just tell us what to do.

Do you not use Google at all?

If you want generic advice that applies to everyone and may not address your specific concern, then you can find it anywhere. Understanding the science of stuff allows you to understand how it applies to your specific situation because everyone is different and our bodies do and act differently from each other.
